If you are a low-income person living outside of King County and would like to obtain legal help on a civil (not criminal) legal problem, please call "CLEAR", which is the Northwest Justice Project's Coordinated Legal Education, Advice and Referral Line. The "CLEAR" toll-free phone number is 1-888-201-1014. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9:15am to 12:15pm, Tuesdays from 3:30pm to 6:15pm.

If you have a legal problem in King County and would like to obtain legal help on a civil (not criminal) legal problem, please call the 2-1-1 information and referral service. 211 is available Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 7:30pm. When calling from a pay phone, the toll-free number is 1-877-211-WASH. You can also access 211 on the Internet at 211.org.

If you are age 60 and over, living in any county, you may call CLEAR*Sr at 1-888-387-7111.
